  Terrible customer service. No one ever asks if you need help. You have to run around the entire store to find someone to help and when you do they are clueless and rude and act like your an inconvenience. Can never find a cart within the store, you have to run all the way to the parking lot for one. Coming here is practically a work out from all the running you have to do, so don't bother if you are in a hurry. It makes me sick to give this store my money. I come here because it's only 5 minutes from my house, but I think I'm finally to the point where I will be driving 20 minutes to a home depot instead.

  I'm not happy with my most recent trip to Lowe's. I spent $150 on wood and paid 25 cents per cut to have them cut the wood. Then they cut the wood wrong not to the right measurements and the ones they did cut are crooked as all get out. How do you cut wood crooked with the type of saw they have I'll never know. I spend hundreds of dollars each week their for my business but I think after this experience I'll drive the extra mile and half to go to home depot.
